Property values were soaring, the Aussie dollar was hovering around 88c to the USD and interest rates were at 7.45%.

So much has changed yet so little.

On Monday 5 May 2003, I began with a small dream to work for those clients who would see the opportunities (even if they weren't obvious).
To look at their customers' buying patterns and witness the power of loyalty. And to take a long term learning approach to building their brands.

Since then, competitors have come and gone yet our clients have grown.
