Our Sydney based client owned 300 undeveloped bushland lots and the beginnings of a logo, but that’s all. Our brief was to prepare a brand strategy and marketing plan to support the premium pricing and capitalise on the estate’s point of difference - large, leafy lots.
With an urgency to be on the map and extremely short lead times we delivered the web site on time and budget, then implemented an extensive multi media strategy. Stages 1A and 1B have all but sold out.
